The companies that enter the program are required to submit a copy of their OSHA Summary of Work-related Injuries and illnesses report and their year-end vehicle insurance claims summary report. These reports are utilized in determining the award recipients of the program. All award recipients are to be congratulated for their superior dedication to safety excellence.
