Ruth Catapano - President, Owner
Ruth created Western Horticultural Services, Inc. in February of 1991 out of her extraordinary commitment to deliver only the highest level of service in the industry. She brought with her 20 years experience in commercial landscape management, sales, and design.

John Catapano - Vice President, Owner
John holds a B.S. in Horticulture from Cornell University . He is certified as both a Landscape Professional (ALCA) and a Texas Landscape Professional (TNLA), and is a State Licensed Chemical Applicator (TCPL 10318.) He served as the Regional President of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors (TALC) in 1985-86, and again in 1992-93. John has 35 years experience in horticulture and commercial landscape management and has been the recipient of numerous ALCA Landscape Improvement Awards.

Abel Cabrera - Chief Production Manager
Abel has 35 years experience in commercial landscape maintenance and installation, and a lifetime of experience in agriculture and horticulture. He is a winner of the ALCA Environmental Improvement Award for landscape maintenance. Abel has been with Western Horticultural 14 years.

Daniel McFadden - Client Representative
Daniel is a State Licensed Irrigator (LI 8430) who graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1999. He is responsible for clients in the Galleria Area, Bellaire, Heights, Medical Center , Memorial, Westchase, Park Ten, Cinco Ranch and Katy. Daniel has been with Western Horticultural for 5 years.

Jason McFadden - Client Representative
Jason is a Texas Certified Landscape Professional (TCLP #520) who received his B.A. from The University of Texas in 1998. He represents clients in Northwest Houston , Kingwood, The Woodlands and Greenspoint Areas. Jason has been with Western Horticultural for 4 years.

Lilia C. Ramp - Client Representative
Lilia has an Associates Degree Central Texas College . She represents clients in Downtown Houston such as the Downtown Theater District Parks, I-45 South including Clear Lake , Webster, Friendswood and Pasadena , I-10 East, The Galleria and Sugarland. Lilia has been with Western Horticultural for 7 years.

Fausto Duque - Assistant Production Manager
Fausto is a State Licensed Chemical Technician with 15 years experience in the wholesale nursery business, and commercial landscape maintenance and installation. Fausto has served as a Field Supervisor and Production Manager for 5 years.
